Residents denounce: Tirana Municipality is corrupt, the public flower garden on Zogu i Parë Boulevard turned into a private bar

A real scandal seems to have happened in the heart of Tirana on "Zogu i Parë" Boulevard, next to the Ministry of Justice.

The person in charge of Palace No. 97 denounces that a public flower garden below the palace has been occupied by people connected to corrupt officials.

According to the whistleblower, the public property where the flower garden used to be has been turned into private property where a bar will be built.

The citizen says that residents have made numerous complaints to the Municipality of Tirana, but it seems that corruption has invaded this institution.

Hello Joq. I am the manager of building 97, Zogu i Pare Boulevard, Tirana. I wanted to make a report that is bothering all of us as a community. The flower garden of our palace is being taken over by people connected to corrupt officials, turning it from public property to private property. Coffee bar Oslo wants to build in the flower garden of our building. We have made numerous denunciations in the Municipality of Tirana, but corruption has invaded this institution, headed by Taulant Tusha! Thank you!
