It turns out that the lady in question will spend a full 440 million old ALL with VAT for the reconstruction of a sports field. It is about the tender with reference number REF-39727-08-25-2022 and with the object "Sports Field Reconstruction, Dimal". The limit fund of this procurement procedure is 37,470,279 new lek without VAT or about 440 million old lek with VAT.
Since we are in a tight economic situation, you can think that the competition for this tender must have been very strong in order to select the best offer. But in fact it didn't happen like that, as surprisingly only one company participated in the tender.
It is about the Shendelli company owned by Yzedin Bozhaj. It is understood that we are dealing with a total lack of competition since the only contestant has been declared the winner. The offer of the company in question was 36,997,551 new lek without VAT or almost 440 million old lek with VAT.
It is clearly noted that this figure is almost equal to the limit fund of the tender. With a simple calculation, it turns out that the winning value is 98.7% of the tender's limit fund. This very fact, as well as the total lack of competition, give rise to strong doubts that the winner was predetermined and that most likely a part of these 440 million could have ended up in Juliana's pockets.
