The grandson of former renaissance MP Sadri Abazi seems to be swimming in a real sea of billions. The figures that he has received from almost every public entity are "amazing". The tenders won by him, although in almost all suspicious cases, have been at the level of billions.
Such is the case today, where he has benefited not a little but almost 7 billion old lek with VAT from Redjan Krali of Kavajë Municipality.
It is about a tender that has the reference number REF-39822-08-25-2022 and has as object "Cleaning service of the city of Kavajë and the Administrative Units of Synej, Luz i Vogël and Helmas". The limit fund for the cleaning of the city and the two or three villages mentioned above is calculated at 550,395,505 new lek without VAT or about 7 billion old lek including VAT.
The tender, like almost all others where Sadri's nephew, Arbër Abazi, has been declared the winner, is highly suspicious and worthy of SPAK. It can be seen that only 3 firms participated in it, where one of them presented but did not gave an offer.
This is a typical action of firms that enter the tender only for number, since it is known from the beginning who the winner would be. Meanwhile, from the remaining two companies that offered value, surprisingly the company with the highest value wins, that is, the company of Arbër Abazi.
This company has earned 549,298,645 new lek without VAT or about 7 billion old lek with VAT. It is clearly seen that the winning value is identical to the limit fund of the tender, namely 99.8% of it.
Based on the above, there are very strong doubts that the winner of this procedure was predetermined, as in almost all other tenders where this operator has participated. Meanwhile, we wish SPAK sweet sleep!
