Emiriana Sako, the current Mayor of Durrës, instead of dealing with the acute social problems of the municipality she leads, seems to be only interested in wasting the money received from the taxes of her citizens. As we have all witnessed, the prices of basic products have risen to the point where they are unsustainable.
The high inflation has hit big and small, of course those who deal with honest work, and especially the needy classes. And yet the Mayor of Durrës finds time and spends almost 50 million old ALL with VAT to buy a moving stage of 100 square meters.
The scene is quite large, almost the size of a spacious 2+1+2 apartment. This stage is needed by the lady in question for concerts and various activities, so that the bellies of Durrsaks will be filled with music instead of bread. For this, Sako has organized a strange tender bearing the reference number REF-42050-09-16-2022 and with the object "Moving Stage 100 m2".
Browsing the documents of this tender, it is seen that this scene does not serve Mrs. Sako "to feed" the poor with bread, but with music. We say this because the stage is needed for orchestras, bands, theater stages and conferences.
But beyond that, the tender itself is highly questionable. So first of all we are dealing with a total lack of competition since only one entity called "Lumturi Haxhijosifi" participated in the competition.
Lumturia turns out to have competed "with herself" and won for a value of 4,100,000 new ALL without VAT or around 50 million old ALL with VAT. Secondly, it turns out that this value is almost 100% of the limit fund, namely 98.4%. The theft looks "obvious", but only SPAK is blinded and cannot see it.
