For years, the Qefalia brothers continue to "devour" large sums of money from tenders organized by various state institutions in the country. They have been mentioned many times in the media in connection with the dubious tenders they have won, and yet no one seems to have put "water on the fire" to investigate them.
Even less SPAK, which does not know what it is dealing with, considering the extremely high daily number of complaints against suspicious tenders. However, it seems that the company DAJTI PARK 2007, founded in the beginning by Kujtim Qefalia, the mayor of Dajt Municipality, has again benefited from another large and at the same time suspicious tender.
It is about a procedure with reference number REF-22583-03-18-2022. The object is: Lot 1 "Cooking service and food distribution for the Prison Hospital Center", with a framework agreement term of 36 months, and with a limited fund of 82,800,746 new ALL without VAT or about 1 billion old ALL including VAT.
Beyond the high figure, it is seen that at least two other participating companies have convincingly offered lower values than DAJTI PARK 2007. Suffice it to mention that the difference between the winning value offered by DAJTI PARK 2007 and the lowest value offered by a firm other, it is almost 200 million old ALL with VAT.
It is easy to understand that this is a very large difference, and yet the company of the Qefalia brothers was declared the winner for the value of 81,906,000 new lek without VAT or about 1 billion old lek including VAT. In addition to the above, it is seen that the winning value is meanwhile almost the same as the value of the limit fund, namely 98.92%.
