Jorgo Goro of Himara again! After a few days ago when he gave the tender to the mother of his former lawyer, the mayor of Himara realizes another "deed". It seems that instead of being afraid of any possible investigation by the authorities due to the tenders given to this person, Jorgo of Himara continues calmly with the dubious procurement procedures.
This municipality has organized a tender with reference number REF-39803-08-25-2022 and with the object "Works for repairs, maintenance of rural roads". The limit fund of the tender is 9,994,675 new all without VAT or about 120 million old ALL with VAT.
But the peculiarity of this procedure is that only one company participated, so we are dealing with a total lack of competition. The participating firm is ASI-2A CO owned by Andrea and Astri Gjikondaj. This company has given its offer in the value of 9,920,000 new ALL without VAT or about 120 million old ALL with VAT and of course it was declared the winner by the Himara Municipality.
But besides being the only company that participated in the tender, it turns out that its offer is almost the same as the limit fund of the tender. To be precise with the numbers, it is like 99% of it. It seems "obvious" that the tender is highly suspicious, however, so far no one from the state institutions is taking any investigative measures.
